John W. Baer – President /CEO/Owner

John has been in the banking business at Security BankUSA since 1967. He is the 3rd generation Baer to lead the bank.

Lois A. Anderson – Executive Vice President

Employed by Security BankUSA since 1982, Lois has over 24 years of bank management experience. She is also on the bank’s board of directors.

Terry Matson – Sr. Vice President – Commercial Lending

Terry joined the bank team in 2003. He has over 26 years of commercial lending experience both locally and statewide. Terry is also on the bank’s board of directors.

Steve J. Motzko – Vice President of Real Estate

Steve has been employed by Security BankUSA since 1988 and has over 25 years of real estate lending experience.

Jim Dahl – Vice President – Consumer Lending

Jim joined the bank team in 1999 and has over 30 years of consumer lending experience.

Tiffany Baer Paine – Vice President of Operations

Tiffany has been employed by Security BankUSA since 1993 and is the 4th generation of Baers to work at the bank. She is also a director on the bank board.

Sylvia Nelson Wildgen – Vice President Sales and Marketing

Sylvia joined the bank in 1999 and manages the sales and marketing for Security BankUSA.

Ryan T. Baer – Loan Officer/Analyst

Ryan is also a 4th generation Baer to be involved with the bank. He started with the bank in October 2001.

Trey Bowman – Real Estate Lender

Trey joined Security BankUSA in November of 2007. He has over 11 years of real estate lending experience.

Scott Turn – Business Banking

Scott joined the Security BAnkUSA team in January of 2008. He has 20 years of experience in banking.

Linda Vettel - Operations Officer

Linda has been with the bank since 1972 and currently works with auditing and compliance function of the bank.

He has been on the board since 1968.

Keith Johanneson

is President/CEO of the Johanneson Companies which operates supermarkets, convenience stores and Real Estate Development Companies in Minnesota and North Dakota.  Mr. Johanneson joined the board in 1985.

James Naylor

is President and is co-owner of Naylor Electric in Bemidji.  He has been a director of the board since 1998.

Terry Matson

is Senior Vice President/Commercial Lending of the bank.  He joined Security BankUSA in 2002 and became director in 2003.

Tiffany Baer Paine

is Vice President of Operations at Security BankUSA.  Tiffany joined the bank in 1993 and has been a director since 2004.

Stephen Patterson

is owner of Patterson's Clothing located in downtown Bemidji and at the Mall.  Mr. Patterson joined the board in 1995.

Ryan Baer

is a loan officer/analyst at Security BankUSA.  Ryan joined the bank in 2001 and became a director in December of 2006.
