Property Information

• Copy of original purchase agreement; if construction loan, copy of plans and specifications
• Legal description from survey, deed or title work

Borrower Information:

• Gift letter or explanation of source of funds for closing costs
• If you have ever had a bankruptcy, a copy of the proceedings with status and explanation

Income Information:

• Most recent pay stubs showing year to date earnings and pay period for one full month
• Last two years' Federal Tax Returns and W-2 forms
• Explanations of any other income

Other Information:

• Name and address of current landlord
• Explanation letter for any late payments, judgments, liens, bankruptcy or foreclosure
• Closing statement from sale of current property, if applicable
• Copies of most current bank statements, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, IRAs and retirement statements
