Security BankUSA does not share customer information with unaffiliated third parties with whom we have no contractual business relationship for their independent use unless (1) you give us permission, (2) it is necessary to complete a transaction, (3) the information is provided to a credit bureau or other reputable information reporting agency, (4) it is necessary to protect against fraud, comply with a subpoena or other court order, or is otherwise required or permitted by law. We do not sell information about customers to outside unaffiliated companies.

 

Restrictions on the Disclosure of Account Information

Security BankUSA will disclose information to third parties about your credit, your accounts, and your transaction under any one of the following conditions.  When it is necessary for completing a transaction initiated by you.  To verify the existence and conditions of the account or loan for reputable information reporting agencies.  In order to comply with a government agency directive, court order, or regulatory examination.  When you give the bank permission.  When it is consistent with your agreement or contract with the bank.  In order to protect you, your interests, the interests of the bank, or if we suspect fraud or illegal activity.

 

Maintaining Customer Privacy in Business Relationships with Third Parties

Security BankUSA will take steps to ensure protection of customer information.  Except as otherwise stated in the policy the bank will not sell or share customer information with third parties.  We may disclose information to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements.
