President/CEO/Owner

John has been in the banking business at Security Bank^USA since 1967. He is the 3rd generation Baer to lead the bank.

Lois A. Anderson -

Executive Vice President

Employed by Security Bank^USA since 1982, Lois has over 30 years of bank management experience. She is also on the bank's board of directors.

Terry Matson –

Sr. Vice President – Business Lending

Terry joined the bank team in 2003. He has over 30 years of commercial lending experience both locally and statewide. Terry is also on the bank's board of directors.

Tiffany Baer Paine –

Vice President of Operations

Tiffany has been employed by Security Bank^USA since 1993 and is the 4th generation of Baers to work at the bank. She is also a director on the bank board.

Sylvia Nelson Wildgen –

Vice President Sales and Marketing

Sylvia joined the bank in 1999 and manages the sales and marketing for Security Bank^USA.

Ryan T. Baer –

Vice President Business Banking

Ryan is also a 4th generation Baer to be involved with the bank. He started with the bank in October 2001.

Trey Bowman –

Vice President Real Estate

Trey joined Security Bank^USA in November of 2007. He has over 15 years of real estate lending experience.

Scott Turn –

Business Banking/Personal Banking Manager

Scott joined the Security Bank^USA team in January of 2008. He has 22 years of experience in banking.

is President/CEO of Security Bank^USA and is the current Chairman of the Board. He has been on the board since 1968.

Lois Anderson

is Executive Vice President of Security Bank^USA. She joined the bank in 1982 and has been a director since 1999.

Keith Johanneson

is President/CEO of the Johanneson Companies which operates supermarkets, convenience stores and Real Estate Development Companies in Minnesota and North Dakota. Mr. Johanneson joined the board in 1985.

James Naylor

is President and is co-owner of Naylor Electric in Bemidji. He has been a director of the board since 1998.

Terry Matson

is Senior Vice President/Commercial Lending of the bank. He joined Security Bank^USA in 2002 and became director in 2003.

Tiffany Baer Paine

is Vice President of Operations at Security Bank^USA. Tiffany joined the bank in 1993 and has been a director since 2004.

Stephen Patterson

is owner of Patterson's Clothing located in downtown Bemidji and at the Mall. Mr. Patterson joined the board in 1995.

Ryan Baer

is Vice President of Business Banking at Security Bank^USA. Ryan joined the bank in 2001 and became a director in December of 2006.

Shelly Geerdes       

is CEO/General Manager of Pinnacle Publishing, LLC. She became a director on the board in 2011.
